These 3D-printed inner moulds last significantly longer than traditional steel parts, and can be designed as new phone models come to market, meaning that we can move fast with new model releases and extend the life of our steel tools which reduces our manufacturing waste.

Our innovative new tooling system cuts out our dependency on steel and manufacturing from China, allowing us to create the tools we need from scratch in our local markets.



We have managed to develop a new type of steel outside of China, that can be precision cut, heated and cooled without distortion, allowing us to eliminate the resulting sea and air freight emissions that come from long haul shipping.

Our Tech21 scientists have created an innovative material technology that when added to our cases, advances the case’s natural disintegration into landfill at the end of its life.

Our Waste Responsible Innovation technology, or our ‘Bio-Spice’, allows our cases to break down faster than standard plastic cases in landfill, which take hundreds of years to decompose. This means that our enhanced cases spend a significantly shorter time in landfill than our competitors, helping to reduce our planets problem with plastic.
