Shipping FAQs
We are happy to announce that we offer free delivery on all orders over £40.
Orders below the threshold will be subject to a delivery fee which will vary depending on your country or region, for a full list of shipping fees and destinations please see our region specific shipping page here
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a dispatch confirmation with the tracking number with a link to track it.
Alternatively, if you have a registered account with Tech21, or created an account when your placed your order, you can view the status of your order online. Simply visit the "My Account" section, sign into your account and view your recent orders.
Please note – this option is only available if you created an account when you placed your order. If you created a Guest account during checkout, you will not be able to login.
The courier service we use depends on the destination country you are shipping to, and if you are using a standard or expedited service.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses anywhere in the world, due to restrictions from the carrier we use.
Please note we cannot deliver to airbases in the USA either.
We’re sorry it’s taking a little longer than expected. To quickly find out where your order might be, just log in to your Tech21 account and check your order status, or track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
If you’re still not sure where your order is, please contact us and we’ll try our best to locate it as soon as possible. We’ll just need your name, email address and order number to get the ball rolling and see what’s going on.

Don’t worry about paying to return an incorrect item – we’ll provide a free returns label* so you’re not out of pocket. Just send the incorrect item in its original, undamaged packaging and we’ll sort out the rest. Before returning anything to us, please get in touch and let us know so we can get the correct item sent out to you straight away.
*for most countries.
Unfortunately, because our systems are highly automated, we cannot edit an address once your order has been placed. We can try to intercept the parcel once we are made aware of the problem. If this is not possible, It then depends on the courier and if they can work out the correct address from the details you have provided. If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, this will most likely be returned to sender. Once we can see via the tracking link that the parcel is being 'returned to sender', we will be able to issue a refund on the products but not the postage. Please note - Tech21 cannot be held liable for any incorrect information entered upon placing an order.
